PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED THROUGH THE CONTACT FORM
Qua Granite Hayal Yapı ve Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. (“Qua Granite” or the “Company”) acts in compliance with the obligations set forth under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, and all relevant applicable legislation.
This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Qua Granite, acting as the Data Controller, in order to fulfill the disclosure obligation stipulated under Article 10 of the Law and to inform you, as a natural person whose personal data is processed through the contact form, regarding your rights listed under Article 11 of the Law.
Your personal data obtained may be processed in connection with, limited to, and proportionate to the purposes explained in this Privacy Notice.
1. Processed Personal Data
Personal Data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. If you submit the contact form available on our website to Qua Granite, the following personal data may be processed:
Identity Information: name and surname
Contact Information: email address, phone number
Content of your message, including any personal data contained therein
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed by Bien for the purposes of:
Receiving your requests and suggestions,
Monitoring and managing complaints,
Responding to information requests,
Managing communication processes.

Your personal data may be transferred by Qua Granite, in accordance with the conditions for transfer of personal data regulated under Article 8 of the Law, to legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and when necessary, to relevant natural persons or private legal entities, solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is processed by Bien during the completion of the Contact Form available on our website, based on the data processing condition specified under Article 5/2(c) of the Law, namely that processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract.
Additionally, your personal data may also be processed if you contact us verbally, in writing, or electronically via email, telephone, short message services, contracts, social media platforms, or similar communication channels.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Law
You have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information regarding the processing of your personal data,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
Learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
Request deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, despite having been processed in accordance with the Law and other applicable legislation, and request notification of such action to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
